We want you to be happy with the book. If it isn’t what you expected, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.

How to ask for a refund

Email contact@readbookarena.com from the address you used to pay, within 14 days of purchase. You don’t have to give a reason. We refund the full amount to the card or wallet you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days.

The book is delivered instantly as a download. Our 14-day refund promise applies even after you have downloaded it.
